The Fire it UP with CJ show offers busy people a place to come to help improve their own well-being while living in healthy harmony with the planet. The show is based on the coaching model that many small, simple steps in a positive direction can lead to enormous personal and societal impact. The show focuses on what CJ (a life coach) believes are the key levers of personal happiness: spirituality (developing wholeness, authenticity, wisdom, compassion, peace), wellness, and connection to the world. The Fire it UP with CJ radio show takes a fun, light-hearted approach to serious topics, while still being grounded in the reality and practicality of our day-to-day lives

ABOUT CJ: Not so long ago, CJ led a conventional corporate American life --coloring inside the lines, working hard, and excelling as a Type-A workaholic working at General Electric and then Microsoft.

It was the death of her father and birth of her two sons that radically shifted CJ's out-of-kilter life. Her corporate achievements began to seem meaningless and empty compared to the responsibility of parenthood and growing desire to leave the world a better place. It was time for a change.

CJ left the comfort and security of her corporate life to explore life's most enduring questions: Who am I? What is my purpose? This quest led her on an amazing adventure, a journey of awakening, through which she explored yoga, mediation, green living, and energy healing. CJ now describes her life as being led more by spirit and inner truth than societal expectations.

SHOW DESCRIPTION: The goal of CJ's radio show is to help others find some of the same inner peace, fun, and authenticity she's found in her life. Her radio show combines her powerful skills in motivating people with the subject expertise of her guests in order to accelerate each of her listener's personal growth. CJ wants to help people awaken to their full potential not only for their own personal benefit, but as a way to a better world.

SHOW VISION: The Fire it UP with CJ vision is that a better life and world are possible only through individual effort and action. CJ envisions a world where people can move – at any moment -- toward a life that is more authentic, empowered, and earth-conscious.
