Discover the full potential of water with the Essence of Gratitude! Exploration Gratitude's Sylvie Olivier and Angie Arciero

Host(s): Dr. Pat Baccili
Guest(s): Angie Arciero, Sylvie Olivier

When we talk about discovering the potential of water, we mean looking at it as the source of life we can learn to respect, interact and learn from it. Respect - we do not pollute our waters with waster and toxic chemicals. We use only what we need. Interact – have the awareness that we can program the water we drink to bring optimal health to our bodies. Program the water with qualities we wish to develop such as love, compassion, patience, etc. Learn - water in movement is fluid and not rigid, water is contained inside our cells, the space between our cells and in our blood, water is life.

In 'paying it forward,' woman finds way to inspire others

This is "What Women Want" — and no, it doesn't involve Mel Gibson. "What Women Want" is a brand new, twice-monthly inspirational talk at Waterstreet Café at Battleship Cove. It features prominent women business owners, writers and other speakers who aim to inspire their fellow working women. "I wanted to bring in women speakers to boost other women in our community. Working women who have families feel spread thin these days. They wonder if they're doing the best they can. I know, because I'm one of them," said Janine Ouellette Sullivan, who started the series.
