More than 'in remission', Dana is all about being on purpose beyond breast cancer to remember her mission:
To inspire women and growing girls in their personal leadership to honor their body wisdom and fully express themselves.

As a Single Mother, Dana is determined to leave a legacy of love to her 8 year old daughter and the next league of ladies. After having always worked in people development and leadership in human resources, Dana has had to learn to dig deep and access resources from her wellspring within to navigate the perfect storm trifecta of cancer healing, court litigation, and career rebirth. In the words of her coaching school faculty advisor, Dana has the "gifts of experience and wisdom that cannot be taught”. Now Dana is so motivated and moved with excitement to be mentoring other women in the launch of her own empowerment coaching and consulting practice. She faithfully reminds herself “I am not afraid of storms for I am learning how to sail my ship”. In Dana’s words, “When women lead with heart, wisdom rules”.

Testimonials

  • "I'm so honored to be here and it's such a great pleasure to any degree at all part of your wonderful healing process and your evolutionary process here. A great inspiration to so many people and your whole approach, your whole style, you're so energized, so full of life we've talked about energy and life force. Your words and your intentions are filled with life force and you heal so many people just by being present on the radio everyday like you are. So we thank you for the wonderful work that you do."
    Mark Mincolla, Ph.D

  • "Excellent question Pat! Not one that I get asked very often so thanks for asking. What have my a-ha moments been? There have been so many. I mean I am a totally different person than I was when I started studying this 10 years ago. My first a-ha moment was the a-ha that someone needs to study this. If we're trying to win the war on cancer why are we ignoring the people who've won? We should be talking to them. We should be studying them. So that was the first coin that dropped for me was just something like do this, study this, don't be afraid. It didn't scare me. It actually excited me. My dear friend died when we were 16 of stomach cancer so to be across from someone like him was told they were going to die and yet 25 years later that does not scare me. That gives me incredible hope and for a potential cure for cancer down the road."
    Dr. Kelly Turner

  • "Oh thank you, thank you! I love your show and love being on your show. It's been awhile so I was totally excited when I saw on my calendar it was you. We always have so much fun. You have a ton of exposure to a lot of people. You've devoted your life. You're a light bringer right that's it. You're supporting people to be authentic. That's what you always have done. You're always really who you are and that's what ever since you been on the radio and before that since I've known you."

  • Hi, Dr. Pat, Thank you so very much for a most insightful, profound and amazing interview this am. You made me think about things that have never come to mind about myself and my book. We have oddly so much in common: Bronx CCHS Girls!, Italian-Americans, a Papa who grew veggies who acknowledged and appreciated us, Lyme Disease, the arts, radio (I was on WPLJ (ABC-FM) in the 70’s as part of the morning show as “Mary The Exercise Lady" and did morning drive in Tulsa for a while on KMOD, Jazz, etc. You are a gift to the air waves, to the world. Your questions were so thoughtful, so pointed in the best sense of the word. Thank you, your team and your listeners for your time and interest.  With love and gratitude,  Mary Crescenzo
