He is also the Managing Partner and Founder of EKA Legacy Partners, LLCaka The EarthKeeper Alliancea for-profit company that invests in large tracts of land. The company is dedicated to the conservation, preservation, and restoration of the planet with limited sustainable development and has received the highest five star GIIS rating and B Corp status as a socially and environmentally responsible company.

His passion for the environment has been recognized as bold and fearless. As an ecologist and "earthologist," Adam entertains, educates, and enlightens with wisdom and knowledge. He is recognized as an accomplished speaker on ecology, environment, eMergent leadership, human innovation, and personal transformation. He is a Board member of Earth Service Inc., a non-profit organization whose "Keep The Earth, Keep it Wild" campaign is focused on the greening of cities through the education of youth in urban gardens and investing in first stage companies promoting environmental entrepreneurship.

Adam is a father of three daughters and is a grandfather. He is a believer in lifelong learning, and enjoys reading, golfing, biking, skiing, hiking, yoga, and adventure travel. He is an avid student of A Course in Miracles, the Mayan Calendar, and the Tao Te Ching and Hua Hu Ching. He is a member of several environmental causes. He resides in Santa Barbara, California.
