Chelsey currently is the 20/20 LifeStyles Director. She provides nutrition counseling for clients in the 20/20 Lifestyles program and general members that would like counseling on incorporating nutrition and physical activity for a fit and healthy lifestyle. She specializes in clients seeking help with weight loss, controlling blood pressure/cholesterol, gaining lean body mass and nutrition for endurance training events. Prior to working at Pro Sports Club, she worked as the lead nutritionist at the Washington Intramural Activities Center. Here she provided meal plans, demonstrations for cooking healthy meals and nutrition counseling for weight loss, as well as counseling for student athletes on how to better eat for enhanced performance. Chelsey aims to tailor nutritional goals and plans to specifically suit the needs and wants of each individual client.
Details: Chelsey received a Bachelors of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington. She continued her education and attended the graduate school at the University of Washington, completing her dietetic internship and receiving a Masters of Science in Nutritional Sciences.
