Dr. Anne Taylor Harkirat Kaur is the founder of eKundaliniYoga.com, a webinar-based company providing live streaming Kundalini Yoga the yoga of awareness classes and workshops. Anne's classes are based on scientific technology, yogic philosophy, and depth psychology, the psychology of the unconscious mind. Kundalini yoga is a scientific technology of movement, mantra, meditation, and breathing, designed specifically to bring balance to the brain, and endocrine system while strengthening the nervous system. Anne believes that while the somatic benefits are worth the practice alone, the overall effect on ones emotional state and psyche is profound.

Anne's background includes a BS in Medical Biology and a doctorate degree in Mythology with an emphasis on Depth Psychology. Over the past 30 years Anne has been a Clinical Chemist, Senior Director of Research & Development for a cardiac monitoring company, Consultant, and Yoga Therapist.

Anne draws from her scientific background by selectively incorporating Heart Rate Variability HRV biofeedback, posture sequences and meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and effective breathing techniques, pranayama. Anne chose Kundalini Yoga as her practice of choice because it is fast acting and is designed to balance the hemispheres of the brain, strengthen the nervous system, and stimulate the body's hormonal system. Many of her students report that they feel the effects from the very first class. She infuses her teaching with mythological images from ancient Eastern sacred texts, wisdom drawn from depth psychology, and her science background.

In addition to teaching Kundalini Yoga, Dr. Taylor also provides one-on-one consultations for clients affected by stress, anxiety, and stress-induced depression, utilizing tools and techniques based on Heart Rate Variability HRV biofeedback. Some people enjoy seeing tangible feedback when practicing emotional self-management techniques such as yoga and biofeedback.
