Dr. James L. D'Adamo


Dr. James L. DAdamo, N.D. D.N.B, is the originator of the world-famous Blood Type Diet and director of the DAdamo Institute for the Advancement of Natural Therapies. Trained in the United States, Germany, and Switzerland, Dr. DAdamo revolutionized natural medicine more than 50 years ago with his discovery of the correlation between a persons blood type and his or her dietary and exercise requirements. His landmark books, One Mans Food . . . is someone elses poison 1980 and The DAdamo Diet 1989, rejected standardized approaches of treatment and passionately called for diagnosis and care based on the individual.
