Dr. James L. D'Adamo

Dr. James L. DAdamo, N.D. D.N.B, is the originator of the world-famous Blood Type Diet and director of the DAdamo Institute for the Advancement of Natural Therapies. Trained in the United States, Germany, and Switzerland, Dr. DAdamo revolutionized natural medicine more than 50 years ago with his discovery of the correlation between a persons blood type and his or her dietary and exercise requirements.
