Georgian Lussier is an advocate for women in midlife – she hosts an award-winning community TV show, MidLIFE Matters, at WPAA-TV in Wallingford, CT. Over the past 5 years she has interviewed over 50 women, to share their stories. A common question is “What advice would you give to yourself at 25? 40?” Georgian captured common themes from the show in a guidebook, “5 Ways to Grow after 50”; her first book on this topic is 55+ Unite! Welcome All Wise Working Women. She is an Human Resources consultant with 40 years of experience; she has a Master’s in Organizational Behavior and focuses on pay systems, career paths and training. In addition to the TV show, Georgian’s advocacy work for women includes workshops, presentations and a website for caregivers. She is also on the Board of Directors for a specialty hospital in CT.
