Joan Marlow

Joan Marlow’s purpose and passion is to help individuals enhance their health and well-being so they can live their best lives with purpose, joy, and happiness. She fulfills that purpose and passion through her business, Peaceful Easy Healing, and striving to live her best life every day.

Joan refers to herself as a ‘life-long learner and forever teacher.’ She lives for ‘ah-ha’ moments of awareness that catch her mind and heart and send her on the way to learn and then share. She holds a BS and MS in Education and a ton of lessons from the school of life. Being an observer in her own life and always curious to seek better ways to support her personal health and well-being, long before that concept is what it is today, she’s been on a path of spiritual awareness and personal growth for decades. As she personally implemented and experienced positive outcomes from her learning path, she found herself doing what comes naturally: sharing, teaching, supporting, and celebrating growth in others. From teaching high school to corporate training and human resource consulting in support of start-up and ever-changing businesses to the past 10+ years as a coach, educator, and Reiki Master-Teacher, she lives her passion and purpose of helping others find better ways to navigate their lives towards the best tomorrows.

Who she is today has been influenced by her life lessons and the life experiences her students and clients share…the good, the bad, the ugly, and of course the essential. Joan shares with students and clients: ‘Where we find ourselves at every turn is exactly where we’re meant to be…if you don’t like it, do something about it…there’s always a choice; the choice might not be apparent, but it’s there. And remember, this too shall pass.’

She helps others to create a positive mindset, build a belief in possibilities and practice acts of daily self-care. By offering tips, tools, and techniques she helps students and clients build the resolve to respond vs react to triggers. She supports people’s transformation as they explore beliefs and habits that might not be serving their greatest and highest good. By providing a safe environment to create and practice new habits that do serve their greatest and highest good, Joan helps them discover how to sustain their health and well-being.

When you spend time with Joan, you’ll hear these mindset phrases often:
It’s all good
Just B-R-E-A-T-H-E
You are Enough

Because when you take a moment to ‘consciously’ breathe, you’ll agree that the life you’re living is ‘all good’ because ‘you are enough.’
