Lauren Archer is a Health Coach and Hypnotherapist, and the author of "Six Word Lessons in Changing Habits: 100 Lessons to Stop Self-Sabotage and Gain Self-Mastery. As the Behavioral Program Director for Sound Medical Weight Loss, she teaches "The Psychology of Weight Loss," a year-long course in self-awareness, stress relief, and habit change.
