Growing up in several cities along the east coast, Chef Liz has been exposed to some of the most culturally diverse food in the United States. After years of creating her favorite dishes for friends and family, she decided to take her passion for cooking to the professional level.
Chef Liz also graduated from the world's largest nutrition school, Institute for Integrative Nutrition. It was there that she learned about the healing power of cooking with whole food ingredients. She also learned how to accommodate different dietary needs; gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free, Paleo, vegan, vegetarian, etc.
After working as a private chef for a single family, her love for in-home meal preparation and private dinner parties began. Since then, Chef Liz started her own personal chef service that emphasizes the organic produce, wild caught seafood and grass fed/pasture raised meats that she adores. At Provisions, chefs are committed to providing their clients with meals that are both delicious and nutrient dense.
When she is not out experimenting with new ingredients or trying foreign cuisine, she is cooking for her clients which have become like family to her.
