Randy Sutton started as a street cop in Princeton, NJ, then moved West to Las Vegas where he served more than two decades, becoming the most highly decorated copy in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. With more than 34 years of extensive police experience in investigations, administration and instruction, he is the author of numerous professional articles and books, including A Cop's Life and True Blue, as well as the seminar for law enforcement officers, Policing with Honor.


Randy's passion now is to imbue people with a sense of legacy - the conscious knowledge that every decision they make and action they take is a part of their legacy - and a knowledge that it is within their power to choose the legacy they want to create.
