Victory Lonnquist is part of the founding team of Standing Rock Medic and Healer Council. Victory is a sundancer, former Buddhist nun, unity chaplain, minister, healer, energy worker. She has been walking the red road for over 24 years, working with Native, first nations, Maori and aboriginal peoples across the world. Victory has worked with the thirteen indigenous grandmothers, learning water ceremony from Grandmother Agness Baker Pilgrim. She is a Water Walker and Water protector. She is a former firefighter, current National emergency medical technician, and a wilderness/remote emergency medical technician. Victory's current role is consultant for the legal team, healer, and former tribal liason to veterans movement.
