THE LEADERSHIP MILE
The Leadership MILE is a system designed to help leaders achieve optimal performance while driving teams to success. The workshop aims to foster growth in leaders while placing emphasis on Motivating, Inspiring, Learning, and Empowering teams. Attendees are armed with a number of new skills to enhance team outcomes.

CAREER SEARCH BOOTCAMP
The Career Search Bootcamp aims to help attendees overcome two of the most challenging stages of the career search: creating a resume & successfully selling yourself during the interview process. The workshop facilitator will review best practices for creating a resume & cover letter, provide proven strategies for connecting with decision makers and securing interviews, and train attendees on how to effectively market their strengths when meeting with hiring managers.

CONFIDENCE. CLASS. CHARACTER
The 3 C's workshop aims to help attendees consider their personal brand, and define the reputation they aspire to have. Attendees will learn about the power of Confidence in the workplace and will explore the Limiting Beliefs, Assumptions, and Interpretations that may negatively impact their professional growth. The facilitator also explores the concept of "Class" and "Manners" in the workplace and the importance of being considerate to team members. The workshop aims to foster growth in professionals while placing emphasis on building Character.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN THE WORKPLACE
This workshop aims to encourage attendees to step outside of themselves when dealing with conflict in the workplace. The facilitator spends time reviewing various forms of conflict that may arise in a professional setting: from disagreements between team members to disagreements with customers. Attendees will learn techniques to deescalate situations, while also raising their awareness of how their words and actions may be contributing to disagreements in the workplace. The facilitator will lead a series of exercises, provide examples, and offer scenarios achieving the following objectives to help reduce tension and minimize conflict.

INTENT VS PERCEPTION
Isaac Newton once stated that "Tact is the Art of Making a Point, Without Making an enemy". This workshop helps attendees understand the impact words have. The aim is to raise awareness, and help attendees realize that sometimes the intent behind their words and actions, do not match how they are perceived by others. The facilitator will lead a series of exercises, provide examples, and offer scenarios to achieve the following objectives to improve communication in the workplace.

5 STAGES OF AN EFFECTIVE CAREER SEARCH
The 5 Stages of an Effective Career Search Workshop takes attendees through the process of jumpstarting their career & securing a new position. The facilitator reviews best practices for creating a resume & cover letter, provides proven strategies for connecting with decision makers and getting interviews, and trains attendees on how to effectively sell themselves during the hiring process.

VISION: THE ART OF DEFINING PERSONAL SUCCESS
Vision is a hands-on, interactive workshop assists attendees with defining their vision for success. Our Coaches emphasize reflection, empowerment and intention while facilitating a Vision Board creation project. Attendees are led through a series of short exercises and discussions geared towards helping them define their priorities for the year, identify any obstacles that could get in the way, and finally create a Vision Board with images that represent the success that they’ve defined for themselves. Coaches will help attendees navigate through the challenge of identifying priorities dealing with topics such as Relationships, Fitness, Personal Development, Career Growth, Finances, and more.

ENERGY LEADERSHIP™ INDEX ASSESSMENT: A MIRROR THAT REFLECTS YOUR WORLD
The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The E.L.I. forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System, helping give you a baseline for your current performance and situation.
